Please provide the following information-

• Name
• Contact details
• Date of arrival and date of departure
• Either super king or twin single beds
• Please advise if you or a travelling companion has difficulty walking.
• Cot required? Wheelchair accessible cottage required?

We shall reply within 24 hours – usually within 3 hours during our NZ day

Bookings

Booking will be confirmed on receipt of credit card details for our Kerikeri Accommodation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and NZ dollars.
We require card type, cardholders name, number and expiry date.
No deposit is taken if booked through our enquiries page but these details will secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Covid cancellations are flexible and do not incur a charge

Due to the nature of our business we have to adhere to a cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50 NZD per unit booked will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 1 day before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given.

We recommend travel insurance.

Check Out – 8am-10 am unless by prior arrangement

A minimum of 3 nights is suggested for our Bay of Islands accommodation due to the variety of activities in the area.
For those on a flying visit we do take one night bookings
